Failure to disclose this information completely absolves Athaa Yog of any liability related to health complications arising during or after our sessions.

2. How We Utilize Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized for structural, medical, and operational purposes:

• To architect a highly personalized and safe Yoga Therapy protocol based on your disclosed medical history.
• To assign the most qualified trainer suited for your physical constraints and timezone.
• Legal Protection: Medical history logs are securely maintained to protect the company against fraudulent health claims and to establish the baseline of your health before starting the program.

3. Data Security & WhatsApp Integration

Athaa Yog operates its primary client communications, onboarding, and daily support through End-to-End Encrypted WhatsApp Integration. While we employ strict internal protocols to secure your health data and personal chats, you acknowledge that WhatsApp is a third-party platform. We are not liable for data breaches occurring directly from Meta's infrastructure or if your personal device is compromised. Your sensitive medical disclosures shared over WhatsApp or our forms are kept strictly confidential between the management and your assigned trainer.

4. International Users (USA, Canada, etc.)

Athaa Yog provides services globally. If you are accessing our platform from the USA, Canada, or the EU, you acknowledge and explicitly consent that your personal and medical data is being transferred to, processed, and stored in India. We process your data under the legal frameworks of the Republic of India, while striving to uphold global data protection standards (like GDPR and CCPA) purely regarding data confidentiality and non-distribution to third-party marketers.

5. Zero-Tolerance for Data Misrepresentation

If Athaa Yog discovers that a client has provided false identity details or deliberately concealed medical information, we reserve the right to instantly terminate the services without any refund.
